Arrives today at music stores the new clan work. But think again fans of the pop-rock band of Vila do Conde…

"Flying Saucer" is a different disk from the outset by its intended audience: the children and youth! But it's still clan, with the boundless energy of pop and rock. The Grandfather and Panda Songs not included in this story ...
In an area where supply is scarce and the quality leaves much to be desired, "Superyoungs," as Manuela Azevedo she calls them, thank you. And adults too ... Or wasn’t a child in every one of us!
Created as a live performance presented in January at the Teatro Municipal de Vila do Conde, in the Shipyard project, the adventure quickly jumped from the stage, becoming  a flying.... saucer, obviously! In coming days will land in Lisbon, at Centro Cultural de Belem, 30th, and the Casa da Musica in Porto, on May 4th. And then ... world!
With music and lyrics by Helder Gonçalves and lyrics from Regina Guimarães(except for two by Carlos Tee), the songs tell stories inside out, filled with bizarre characters, but with topics that speak to the heart of each one of us, child or adults: friendship, first love, rebellion, an assertion ...
The first single, "Embeiçados," demystifies the love: "She has crooked mouth, big nose, bad hair cuts, bites his nails, wears wedges but I'm in love / He has freckles, dark spots, an exaggerated mouth, madness, tune but I'm in love "...
"Breast Friend" is an ode to friendship ... century: "My friend is power, my friend is a break, my friend is shutdown, it save my friend, my friend is not knock or delete it, nor is retouching in Photoshop, is flesh and bone" .
But if the letters are very different universe from the Clan, who goes by snatching a national audience since 1996, to launch "Lusosomething" with hymns such as "Problem of Expression", "H2Men", "Breath of Heart" or "Dance on the hightrope ", the song are definitely Clan ... The songs "Flying saucer" are not too simple or simplistic, with xylophones and choirs and rhythms formatted. It is rock and pop is music with complex arrangements ... an adventure and a challenge as the new generations, are increasingly demanding. A journey of discovery. Unmissable!
