From July 14th to 22nd, the international film festival will once again occupy the northern coastal city with a diversified program, intersecting cinema, music and visual arts. Films, exhibitions, debates, concerts, master classes, workshops, video and library. In July, Vila do Conde will be again a meeting point for several agents of the film industry, programmers, journalists, filmmakers, and, of course, a wide audience.
As usual, the festival presents an audacious program that aims to defy not only geographic boundaries, with films coming from Pakistan to Romania, United States or Iran, but also disciplinary boundaries, promoting an intersection between cinema and the other artistic practices. From July 14th to 22nd, the place where cinema doesn't hide, it's in the north, it's Vila do Conde.
